Making A Purchase Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from the UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK pounds or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, ordinary mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Free delivery is normally by Royal Mail/Parcelforce. We ship normal mail unless requested otherwise - allow 2/3 days for delivery.

Next Day delivery is by courier service - items must be signed for. Orders must be received by 3pm for next working day delivery.

If you have any special delivery requirements please indicate these at the time of order. If your order is especially urgent, please email or phone 01273 487509 to confirm stock and delivery.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away if it's in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . If the item isn't in stock, we'll contact you and give you a time estimate - if that's no good to you, then we can cancel your order and no money will be charged to your card at any time.

International orders depend on the destination.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If goods are just not quite what you were expecting but there is no fault, or you just decide you don't like them, we will still offer a refund or replacement but you will bear the cost of all postage.

You must inform us of any return immediately on receipt of the goods, and of course we must have the goods back in exactly the condition they were sent in, including all manufacturers' tags and labels.

PLEASE KEEP PROOF OF POSTING for your own benefit. In the event of us not receiving goods returned we can't act without this.

Once you start using the goods, any fault is then covered by the individual manufacturers' warranties and how we deal with your complaint will depend on the exact complaint/fault/failure. Please note, however, that most manufacturers are happy to replace any product with a fault provided there has been no misuse, and there is rarely a problem with this service. You need to call us and explain the nature of the problem, and we will normally ask you to return the goods to us so that we can pursue the matter.
