Making A Purchase :
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, note any items that you wish to buy and order them using one of the contact methods below. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You may order by email, fax, post or telephone - for contact details click on 'Contact Gearshack' above.

Payments:

Credit or debit cards, where used, are not debited until the item is shipped.

Shipping And Handling :
Each item is shipped according to the selection made at the time of purchase.

Back Orders :
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Refunds:

Goods which prove to be unsuitable can be returned for a prompt refund or exchange if they are received back at our office within 14 days; in new condition, with the original packaging and labelling and the Gearshack receipt. We recommend that items sent to us are sent via secure, traceable and insured delivery for your own protection. Safety equipment (e.g. climbing gear) is not accepted and is non-refundable and non-returnable for safety reasons, with the exception of defective goods.
