Bryn Beach is the Association's own co-ordinator, and is the Assistant Manager at the Girlguiding Activity Centre at Blackland Farm. Bryn has technical knowledge of climbing matters. Steve is GGUK's expert on technical and policy matters relating to climbing. Steve oversees the operation of the scheme and approves locations, instructors and procedures. He is not a Girlguiding UK employee and acts as a consultant, making recommendations to GGUK.
